Lifecycle launches Nexus App for MVNO customer management
Lifecycle Software has launched its Nexus App, a newly developed mobile application intended for Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNOs) seeking to streamline operations and engage customers more effectively.
The Nexus App is designed to allow users to easily manage their mobile services, offering functionalities such as balance checks, add-on purchases, service activations, and mobile payments. The app's interface is intended to be intuitive, enabling telecom operators to customise branding, pricing, and plans. Updates can be made via a drag-and-drop content management system, and the app can be released directly to both the App Store and Google Play once it is configured.
Ross Devereux, R&D Director at Lifecycle Software, highlighted the app's design benefits: "The Nexus App is designed to remove barriers for telecom operators and end users. Built with React Native, it delivers a unified experience across mobile platforms, while its API-driven architecture enables seamless integration with existing systems, eliminating costly migrations or additional middleware. It's cloud-based, making it highly scalable, fast, and cost-effective. The app makes it easier than ever for MVNO customers to sign up and manage their services—right from their sofa, without needing a desktop or a browser."
This launch forms part of Lifecycle Software's updated Digital Experience offering, which includes enhanced interfaces for sales portals and self-care management. These contribute to a consistent and engaging digital journey. The app integrates OAuth for secure logins and supports eSIM journeys, allowing customers to purchase and install eSIMs directly within the app.
