Neo Space & G\&S SatCom join forces for IFC upgrade

Neo Space Group has announced a strategic partnership with G&S SatCom to implement the G&S SatConnect platform for real-time monitoring of its in-flight connectivity services.

The collaboration will enable Neo Space Group (NSG) to enhance its operational capabilities, strengthening its Network Operations Centre (NOC) to ensure 24/7 monitoring and proactive management of its in-flight connectivity (IFC) services. This move is part of a broader effort to deliver seamless services to airline customers across the globe.

G&S SatCom, a provider of satellite solutions, will work closely with NSG to deploy G&S SatConnect, a cloud-based platform known for its advanced monitoring and analytics capabilities. This partnership aims to leverage real-time data ingestion and analytics, allowing for proactive service management and optimisation.

The platform's cloud-based, scalable features will provide secure and seamless oversight of network performance accessible globally. Custom features will be integrated to tailor the platform to NSG's specific operational requirements.
